Office Relocation - FAQs
When it comes to move management, at Cube Office Relocation we have many years’ experience of everything from office relocation to document storage. By working with both sole traders and large multi-national corporations, it means we can share our knowledge and advice with everyone. With this in mind, our customer support team are regularly asked questions about our office relocation services so we thought we’d compile a few of the most commonly asked questions and answers so you’ll have them conveniently in one place.
Q1. Can you produce a plan for our move?
A1. The answer is yes. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager for your move who will be able to work with you to provide a preparation and moving plan specifically to meet your requirements.
Q2. We need to move in a short space of time – can you do this?
A2. At Cube Office Relocation we offer a flexible service which allows us to cater for your needs. Whether you need to move in a week, a day or over a weekend, we can help work with you to make your move as efficient and easy as possible.
Q3. Can you provide packing boxes for our business move?
A3. We can offer you a range of packing supplies including reusable plastic crates which are more environmentally friendly and cost effective than cardboard boxes. Please ask us about our sister company EasyCrate if you require this service.
Q4. Our current location has lots of stairs and no lift. Is this a problem?
A4. At Cube Office Relocation we don’t deal with problems, only solutions. We have a great deal of experience with office relocations where access is limited and our comprehensive moving plan will take the stairs into account.
Q5. Do you offer any storage solutions?
A5. Yes. Our purpose built storage facility offers both standard and climate controlled storage options to suit your needs.
These are just some of the questions we get asked on a regular basis. If you have a question or would like to know more about our services, please contact us.
